Welcome to Stradena. These Terms govern your use of the Stradena platform — events discovery, rallies, scenic drives, ticketing, merchandise sales, and related services. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these Terms.
1. General use
Stradena is a marketplace and content platform. We connect attendees with car-event organizers, scenic drives curated by us and our community, and (where enabled) merchandise sold directly by organizers. We don't organize most events ourselves — we provide the tools that help organizers do their work.
2. Accounts
You must be 16 or older to create an account. Keep your login credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You may have multiple personas (Attendee, Organizer, Vehicle host, Renter) on a single account.
3. Event tickets
Stradena uses Stripe Connect to process ticket payments. When you buy a paid ticket, your payment goes to the event organizer's Stripe account, minus:
- Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)
- Stradena platform fee of 5% of the buyer charge
Buyers pay the listed ticket price plus these fees on top, so organizers net the ticket price they listed. Refund policies are set by individual organizers — contact them directly. For chargeback disputes, Stripe's standard process applies.
4. Merchandise sales
Organizers may opt in to selling branded merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies, caps, sticker packs) featuring their organizer logo on their public Stradena page and on the event pages they host. The following terms apply:
- Revenue split. Buyers pay the listed product price (no fee markup). For each completed merch sale, Stradena keeps 80% of the sale price (which covers Stripe processing, platform operations, and ongoing brand-marketplace investment), and 20% is remitted to the organizer's Stripe Connect account as a brand royalty. This split applies to merchandise only — event ticket fees are described separately above.
- Fulfillment. Organizers are solely responsible for producing, packing, and shipping orders they receive through Stradena. Stradena does not handle inventory, fulfillment, or shipping for merchandise.
- Customer service. Organizers are the merchant of record for merch transactions and handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges directly with buyers. Stradena will assist with payment-related disputes (refunds via Stripe) when needed.
- Logo and IP. By enabling merch sales, the organizer warrants that they own or have license to use any logos, artwork, or marks they upload, and grants Stradena a non-exclusive license to display those marks on Stradena product mockups and order pages.
- Disabling merch. Organizers can toggle merch sales off at any time from their organizer settings page. Pending orders that have already been paid for must still be fulfilled.
- Prohibited content. Counterfeit, infringing, hateful, or misleading designs are prohibited. Stradena reserves the right to remove any product that violates these policies.
5. Organizer obligations
Organizers represent that events they list are real, that they have the authority to organize them, and that registration data collected from attendees will be used only for legitimate event purposes. Misrepresenting an event or its host is grounds for account suspension.
6. User-submitted content
You retain ownership of content you submit (event submissions, photos, drive suggestions, comments). By submitting it, you grant Stradena a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute that content on the platform.
7. Limitation of liability
Stradena is not responsible for the actions of organizers or attendees, the safety of events, the quality of merchandise, or the accuracy of route information for scenic drives. You participate in events at your own risk. Drive safely.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site.
