About this event

Vintage racing with VRG at New Jersey Motorsports Park on the Lightning Circuit!  Sports Racers and Modern (non-VRG Eligible cars) invited.  Almost 3 hours of track time over 3 days!

Entry Fees:

EARLY BIRDS – Received by April 10  - $650 - Member | $700 - Non-Member

REGULAR ENTRY – April 11 to June 10 - $675 - Member | $725 Non-Member

LATE ENTRY – June 11 to July 9 - $700 - Member | $750 Non-Member

Second car, second race group, same driver - $350

Co-driver - $50

Enter NOW at no cost - your credit card won't be charged until the close of the event.

Over crew passes (more than 3 crew members) - $20/person

Glasstown Vintage Speedfest is a PDEC event (for provisional VRG drivers)

Note: VRG Tire Rules will be strictly enforced! (except HRG & Moderns)

 

 

 


  • When registering please say "YES" to Receive text messages?  We will be using MotorsportReg text messaging service to communicate with you during the event.
  • The State of New Jersey requires a 2020SA or newer helmet; FIA spec.8859-15 or 8860-18 are also accepted.  
  • New Jersey law states the following regarding roll bar padding: Roll bar padding meeting SFI Specification 45.1 is mandatory anywhere a driver's helmet or body may come in contact with roll bar components. Make sure your car is compliant before showing up at Tech.
  • Please visit the Events page of the VRG website, where there are three important documents for your thorough review before attending.  They are Basic Expectations For Racing With VRG,  VRG Driver Rules of Conduct and the VRG Event Code of Conduct.
  • The VRG Driver Orientation Program Video is required viewing for all entrants new to VRG events (and also a good refresher for everyone). 
  • The FAQ has details about Camping (free!) electricity (cheap!), amenities, showers, accommodations and all the rest.  If you have other questions please contact the Registrar or Event Chair (Andrew Stein).
  • The tentative Schedule is also posted on the Events page.
  • After the track closes on Saturday join us in the paddock for live music with Chapel Street Junction (Americana/Bluegrass/Irish).  We'll be serving beer and non-alcoholic beverages and have a communal grill fired up so you can have a convenient byo cookout.
